2. What personal data we collect
When you submit our Request Service form, we collect:
- Contact details: name, company (optional), phone number, email address
- Service details: aircraft type, manufacturer/model, registration number, year, interior material, requested services and add-ons, preferred date/time, location and country
- Optional photos you choose to upload of your aircraft
- Your preferred contact method and any notes you provide
When you browse our site, we automatically collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited) via analytics tools.
We do not collect payment card details, national ID numbers, or any special category data. Please do not include such information in the “Notes” field.
3. Why we process your data
- To respond to your service request and provide a quote
- To schedule and carry out the requested detailing service
- To communicate with you about your booking
- To improve our website and services (aggregated analytics only)
4. Legal basis
- Contract / pre-contract steps: processing your service request and communicating with you
- Consent: any optional data you provide, such as photos
- Legitimate interest: basic website analytics to understand site usage
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. It may be shared with:
- Google Analytics (GA4) — website usage analytics (may set cookies)
- Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics
- Our email delivery provider — to send and receive service-request emails
- Our web hosting provider — to store website and form data
We do not transfer your data outside the EU/EEA except where a service provider above does so under adequate safeguards (e.g. EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for Google).
6. How long we keep your data
We keep service-request data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, where a service is carried out, for our accounting/legal retention obligations (up to 7 years under Estonian law), after which it is deleted.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
- Lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), aki.ee
